Nancy Keating's poems have been seen in The Southampton Review, New Letters, Gettysburg Review, Carolina Quarterly, and other literary magazines, as well as in anthologies such as Long Island Sounds, Grabbing the Apple, Corona, Occupy Wall Street, and elsewhere. A three-time Pushcart Prize nominee, she has an MFA from Stony Brook University and teaches at Farmingdale State College. Her second collection, White Chick (2021), won the Antivenom Award from Elixir Press. A chapbook, The Patron Saints of Knitting, came out last year. She was recently named the Walt Whitman Birthplace &Poet of the Year; for 2024.
